mashed get default win, other team no show!

So yeah thats it pretty much, edd tried to contact them by as many means as he could find but to no avail. Latest reports show that thier shoutbox has the clan leader saying he cant make it just mins before the start.

What a scandal!

So the final outcome is that mashed get a 16-0 default win. So great news for the legue table, but a shame seing as this was probably going to be our easiest match.

New Years Site Update

Well seing as the new year broke a lot of stuff, ive decided to spend some time doing some much needed maintenance to the site. Check the list below if your interested in whats changed.

Fixed user avatars not being displayed in member profiles
Fixed issue with the new year date breaking fixtures
Completely new look fixtures page
Completely new look fixtures block
Fixtures block now shows scores and previous matches
Fixed forum pages linking usernames to broken member profile page
Made shoutbox a bit smaller and removed lots of padding
Fixtures now highlight if anyone has commented or any changes have happened since last you logged in. (not quite working correctly yet)

Oh, and it would appear the mashed website fixtures block has got confused with the new year (millennium+8 years bug?), so don't believe it's matches or results until it gets fixed

Yes it would seem that I suck at programing good reliable code that has anything to do with dates or times. The fixtures block and match fixtures pages are completely awol atm. So dont believe a thing they say. I will get on it asap so we can get things back up and running for teh edcssl.

Well I (Turd) got well confused with this lot so to ease things for those who might be less technically minded (or just plain stoned), ive made a rar file with everything you will need for tonight, just stick the whole lot in your CSS map folder. The rar contains all the files needed for the two maps tonight.

Updated Members Page

Ive just finished applying a load of new changes to the members page, check it out HERE

Featuring:

Cleaned up list and removed all those bulky avatars and images.
Easier to spot if a player is on steam or not.
Members latest steam Nickname and scores/kills etc...
Forum rank is nov visible as well as number of forum posts.
Pretty coloured info on how long since each member visited the site

Coming Soon:

Player profiles with be merged so the player stats and profiles are one page :)
Web base team generator for all to play with.
Cleaned up fixtures system with easier support for setting availibility and forum style "new posts" highlighting on match comments.
Multiple radio support, you'll be able to choose from Edds, dineleeeee's, spas's and anyone else who adds there radio. Might make it so each player can add there radio stations.
My account page with all your pm's, profile, settings in one place.
PERSONAL RSS FEED!!! - Choose from all parts of the site so you can stay up to date with any changes, new matches, new forum posts, comments etc...

Major Site Update!!!

Ok, so its only been a month or two of no activity but me and dineleeeee have finaly got round to boshing out most of the changes needed to get the whole site working live. (only took 7 hours of hardcore coding :D)

New Stuff

Radio -> Fully Working! (only when Edd broadcasts)
CSServer Status -> Almost Done
Game Stats -> Permenatly logging stats and needs no checking up on.
New Admin HQ Page -> go check it out (but only if your admin :p)

Issues
There are a few problems with logging in or requesting forgotton passwords. Try your old mashedclan.com username/password. If that fails, try the username/password you used for the beta site. If you're still having trouble contact turd or dineleeeee on irc to sort out your user/password for you.

All we need now is for Edd to move the site domain over, then were all done. All we gotta do then is find all the bugs and tidy up a few things here and there.

Next stage is to get the whole Game stats system working properly as part of the site... Coming soon ;)

Site Moving!

In the words of the late great Freddie Mercury "It's finally happened! happened! happened!........ Im going slightly mad."

Not really but the site IS finally moving over to the new permenant home. We will try to make sure that nothing is lost in the move over from either the old forums or the new site. Things with the most risk of being lost is mostly stuff posted in the last few days before the changeover finally happens. At this point the sites will merely "roll back" a few days.

In the mean time continue using the old site for forums and the beta site for everything else.
